This is so wrong on so very many levels. I worry about the person who designed it.
Not sure where they got that pic from, but that isn't how the Peekaru is supposed to be used. See the multiple variations here: http://www.mom4life.com/catalog.php?item=1290None of them include only the face peeking out.
This does look rather odd, to say the least.
